How to request a refund

Processing time
Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days. The funds will appear back in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Books listed as free have no purchase price, so no refund applies. Free chapters within paid books are also not subject to this policy.
